Vatican Apartment
St. Peter

by RomArt

Are you looking for a central and independent accommodation for one, two or three people during your stay in Rome?

Vatican Apartment St. Peter by RomArt might be the perfect choice for you!
It is a small, perfectly equipped open space apartment in a charming period building, a few minutes walk from St. Peter’s Square, in the characteristic neighborhood called “Monte del Gallo”, dating back to the 1920s.

The street, Via del Lago Terrione, despite being close to St. Peter’s basilica, an area with a very high tourist vocation and a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafeterias, appears to be an enclave still largely inhabited by Romans.

Completely renovated according to modern standards of comfort and safety, this apartment offers the opportunity to experience an authentic, typically Roman context, with everything you need to make the most of your holiday or business stay.

WHERE
WILL YOU STAY?

40. Pianta arredi

Regularly accredited for tourist leasing by the Municipality of Rome with CIU ATR-014078-8, the apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building from 1927, surrounded by a lovely shared garden. There is no lift, you go up to the apartment via comfortable stairs (40 steps).
The apartment, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, can accommodate two people (double bed) and on request it is possible to accommodate up to three people using the sofa bed as an extra bed.
The view is on Via del Lago Terrione, a secondary street with very little vehicular traffic, and on the shared garden. An added value of the location is the extreme silence and tranquility of the street, which guarantees optimal rest at night.

OUR HOSTING PHILOSOPHY

Professionals active in the world of tourism for more than 20 years (Francesca as host, Stefania as licensed tour guide), we believe that what makes a difference between a simple stay and an experience to remember is the human touch: for this reason, rather than an automated check-in procedure you will always find one of us to welcome you to the apartment.

We will be happy to provide all the information you may need to fully enjoy your stay in Rome!

We know that when you choose an apartment rather than a hotel or a guesthouse, you appreciate the freedom granted by this option (not least the possibility of preparing meals at home, doing the laundry, living in a house rather than in an anonymous hotel room), and we are convinced that this should not simply having to give up the little luxuries that can be enjoyed when you stay at a hotel: choice of pillows, fresh bed linen in pure cotton satin, top quality soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hygiene products and hairdryer always available.

After a day spent exploring the wonders of Rome, at home you can relax in the shower cabin with chromotherapy, reading a book from our small library, and enjoying a well-deserved rest in the bed equipped with a very comfortable memory foam mattress.

In our welcome book you will find many suggestions for visiting the Eternal City in the best possible way, the result of Stefania’s twenty years of experience as a licensed tourist guide, and advice on shopping, restaurants and experiences not to be missed.

We are happy to welcome single travellers, business travellers, families, couples, and we are an LGBTQ+ friendly establishment.
